Cost Estimates prepared by our company are computer generated. Every Cost Estimate provided to a client is specific to its own criteria and requirements.
Parametrix, Inc. approach for Cost Control is established during the Programming Phase where we validate and confirm various functional departmental areas with our Cost Database. These baseline costs will be adjusted to specific criteria for a project i.e., Site Concerns, Building Systems and Materials, Market Conditions and Inflation. During the Design Phase a detailed Quantity Survey of Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical and Civil items are provided. This will begin at Schematics and continue thru Construction Documents. This process begins with a detailed reporting format, which can be utilized for tracking the progression of the project.
